Kelly McFarlane is a Clinical Psychologist, Organisational Psychologist and Performance Coach. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with honours, from York College (City University of New York), a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of the West Indies, and a Master of Science degree in Organisational Psychiatry & Psychology from King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN). She is also an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) certified coach, and a UK certified Occupational Test Administrator.
